Four ways in.
One standard.
Advisory is sold on judgment. Systems and production are sold on throughput. Four offers, priced differently because they are different work, and published because nobody else in this category publishes theirs. This machine currently runs at catalog volume for one live vertical. See the EdTech rate card. Three more are queued.
—01 AdvisorySold on judgment
This is the work that does not productize. You are not buying deliverables, you are buying the decision that comes before them. Two bounded engagements and a standing seat.
Three weeks. One recommendation I will defend.
Competitive alternatives, only-ness, the category read, and a message architecture. You get a named recommendation, not a menu. Half of it credits back against a Brand Architecture engagement started within sixty days.
Start here Brand Architecture · $38,500Diagnosis, architecture, and the spec to roll it out.
Six to eight weeks. Positioning, strategic narrative, naming and architecture decisions, the message system, and the rollout spec your team executes against. This is the engagement the Diagnostic qualifies you for.
Discuss scope Fractional Seat · from $6,500/moSenior leadership inside your org, without the hire.
Three seats, tiered by what I own rather than by hours. Advisory Seat is standing counsel. Embedded Officer owns brand and marketing strategy and directs your team. Full Mandate adds the creative technology stack, the AI workflow architecture and the production system itself.
Discuss the seat—02 SystemsSold on throughput
One productized offer, bounded and priced. The Systems Engine pillar’s first step for teams who want to see how the machine works before they buy the whole stack.
—03 ProductionDelivered through Donarus Creative Studios
Four capabilities, one pipeline. I direct the machine; Donarus Creative Studios delivers and bills it. The capabilities are shaped by what they make, not by who buys them, which is why they do not rotate when the market does.
Every pillar runs in two modes: standing production (ongoing) and bounded engagements (start and end, one process at a time). The Systems Engine’s bounded mode is the Workflow Sprint. The other three pillars run bounded engagements custom-scoped today, productized when demand for a specific pattern justifies it.

Course, training and certification production.
Course video and interactive learning objects across a five-level complexity ladder, from knowledge checks to multi-system simulations. WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 conformance, SCORM and xAPI packaging, source files and full ownership transfer on every asset.

Brand films, campaign video, tours and walkthroughs.
The narrative work. Brand films, campaign cutdowns, property and facility walkthroughs, and the tour formats that need to look directed rather than generated. Built to be re-cut for a second market in days, not reshot.

Synthetic creators and persona-locked brand voices.
A roster, not a render. Persona-locked AI creators with continuity across hundreds of assets: look, voice, register and point of view held stable so the character survives the volume. Fourteen in production.
Meet the roster
Workflow sprints, agent stacks, creative automation.
The system that runs without you. Two-week workflow sprints that hand back one automated process your team owns, agent stacks with a human gate on every loop that matters, and the orchestration layer underneath. This is the CCTO work.
What a CCTO owns—04 How this worksBefore you ask
Advisory and production are separate, and stay separate.
A fractional seat buys strategy, direction and decisions. It does not include production. Anything produced bills through Donarus at the rate card, on its own line, at the same price you would pay without the retainer. That boundary is written into every engagement, and it exists so the seat stays what you hired it to be.
There is a paid first step on purpose.
The Positioning Diagnostic and the workflow sprint both exist so you can see how I work before committing to a term. Both credit toward what comes next. Neither requires a leap.
Pricing is published, and it holds.
Interactive and video work runs off a published rate card by complexity level. Advisory carries a three-month initial term, a five percent annual escalator, and a cap of three concurrent seats. Quotes hold for ninety days. Nothing here is a starting position to be negotiated down.
Where the numbers come from.
Fifteen years, one hundred and thirty projects, ten industries, twenty million dollars in generated revenue. The full record is on the work page, including the engagements these capabilities were built inside.
